1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VedAILabs services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

VedAILabs provides software development services including but not limited to:

• Custom web application development
• Mobile application development
• AI and machine learning solutions
• Cloud infrastructure and platform services
• Data engineering and analytics
• Cybersecurity services
• IT consulting and digital transformation

3. Service Agreement

All services are provided on a project basis with specific terms outlined in individual service agreements. Each project will have its own scope, timeline, and payment terms as agreed upon between VedAILabs and the client.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require:

• 50% upfront payment for project initiation
• Remaining balance upon project completion
• Payment via bank transfer or approved payment methods
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom-developed software and deliverables. VedAILabs retains rights to:

• Reusable code libraries and frameworks
• Proprietary tools and methodologies
• Portfolio rights to showcase completed work

6. Confidentiality

VedAILabs maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. We will not disclose proprietary information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

VedAILabs' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty period for delivered software. During this period, we will fix any bugs or issues that prevent the software from functioning as specified in the project requirements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for work completed up to termination date
• VedAILabs delivers all completed work and documentation
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to Terms

VedAILabs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
